The David Minor Memorial Fund
Twenty-seven year old David Matthew Minor died in a bicycle accident June 2. Because of David’s passion for local sustainability issues, his family has requested a memorial fund be established in his name to support the work of the Willamette Farm and Food Coalition. The David Minor Memorial Fund will remain in a special account until the Minor family determines which aspect of WFFC’s work, or a specific project, they would like to dedicate to David’s memory.
If you would like to make a contribution the David Minor Memorial Fund, please make your check payable to “Willamette Farm and Food Coalition” and write “David Minor Fund” on the memo line. Mail to WFFC, 1192 Lawrence St., Eugene, OR 97401.
Art Exhibit to Benefit Farm to School Program!
"Jazz Musicians" is the title of an upcoming exhibit by local artistDon Ferrell, opening 5:30-8:00pm Friday, Sept 4th at the David Minor Theater and Gallery, located at 180 E. 5th Ave in Eugene, Oregon. The artwork will be on display through the month of September. The David Minor Theater is generously donating all commissions to the Willamette Farm & Food Coalition to fund the Farm to School program.
